So you know how, in a horror movie, there's usually that part where the protagonist goes to the library or the municipal microfiche depository or something, and finally gets around to doing a bunch of research? Well...
I noticed that one Dragon was reading a magazine in at the doctor's office in the last panel--what was he reading? But no reading dragons in the library. Do they prefer magazines?
I guess the explanation, such as it is, for the lizard pursuit is laid out in Day 0. For a while there, it was just the one following him, but now he seems to be attracting a sizable crowd...
As for the magazine, it appears to be an issue of Newsweek with a cover story about komodo dragon attacks. This being a hospital waiting room, we can assume it's a couple months out of date, but there's a similar headline in the newspaper on Day 8.
I'd also note that the dragon is holding a book (specifically, Goodnight Moon) in the bookstore on Day 7. But since he's holding it upside down, I suspect the dragons are actually illiterate, and are just doing this for the sake of camouflage. This does raise questions about their computer usage, but we all know the bar for Internet literacy isn't that high. :-)
