Blood Bite of the Death Dragon: Day 16

Hard to believe I've done sixteen of these daily installments in a row! I don't think I knew what I was getting myself in for, but there's only five more to go, so it's too late for second thoughts now.

Did the dragon get asked to step aside for a more thorough search? I bet they get profiled. And did he remember to put his venom in 3oz bottles in a clear plastic bag?

Hah! Now there's an image. :-)

I guess, though, that airport security strikes me as essentially reactive - they're always taking measures to retroactively prevent the last threat. Your komodo dragon, with no exploding shoes or metal objects or carry-on baggage, would probably just waltz right on through. After all, there's never been a major terror attack carried out by giant lizards.

I love this series so much, Mark. It's a great showcase for your versatility, and it makes me larf like a goon.

I especially loved that exterior night shot. I could tell what part of the city it was set in, and that's no easy thing to do. Top notch.

Of course, now I'm all het up and worried for the guy. Can he possibly be saved? Will Mark show him being et? How will it end? I'm soooo sensitive. :D

Holy shizz, creepy! I've got Discovery's Life on, and they started komodo dragon segment as I was typing my comment! Ahhhhh!

They're murdering a water buffalo, the bastards. Are they coming for me next?

Thanks, Cyn! And yes, the dragons will come for all of us in the end. :-)

As for this dude's fate, of course we'll have to wait and see what happens. But he does seem to have a plan...
